Could someone explain to me how to post pictures under different topics? |

Well, if you want to link it from an online site you can simply type (without the period after the img) [img.] and then copy the url in this space and end it off with [/img.] (again without the period after img).
If you want to upload a picture from your harddrive, go to the bottom of the page and click on the "Post Reply" button - It will bring up a new screen - at the bottom of which is a section labelled "Add an Attachment" - hit "browse" and find the image you want to upload, then click "Open" and then "Add Attachment". You can upload up to 5 files, and then once you're done writing your post, click submit and that's it! |

and just so you know only certain sizes and file types are allowed so you may need to change that when uploading. |

According to this, they have to be gif, jpeg, jpg or png and under 256KB in size. |

Great question. I haven't been able to figure that out either. Someone before mentioned about putting it in "Paint"? There's got to be an easier way for us computer rocks! |
