|
|
Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the two? I know the DNA must be better somehow because it is more expensive but if I were to buy a new board, would I be able to tell the difference between the two, and what would it be?
I am also 6 feet tall and am riding a 134 board. Should I get a longer one? I feel comfortable on this one but I have never tried anything bigger.
Thanks, Jeff _________________ I hate lame people, people who think they're too cool. |

I don't know about anybody else, but i've ridden both and I really couldn't tell the difference. I have a Hyperlite Premier 140 DNA, 2002. It's a sick ride, super smooth. _________________ I hate my screenname, but that's alright. |

I ride a 2002 142 Byerly DNA and the pop is incredible as well as a little lighter. I haven't ridden the 2002 Bio Byerly but I use to ride a 2001 Byerly and the difference in pop was night and day!!!
As far as getting a longer board I think it's up to you as well as your height and weight but if I were you I would get the 142 without a doubt or at least the 137. |

| Well thanks for the advice, I think the DNA would probably be worth the little extra money anyways. |

| Don't ding, or chip the board. Be very careful. |

i just rode my premier135 dna for the first time on sat. It is hard to explain but when ridding up the wake and poping off the top it felt almost like i could sorta feel the wake more or something. The pop just felt different, a good kind of different. The landings also felt softer. _________________ www.hyperlite.com

I've got HL Bio core Byerly, and a LF ultracore(Balsa Core). I can tell a difference in the weight of the boards easily. I feel like the Balsa board pops better, but it could just be me wanting to believe that. They do however feel DIFFERENT and you need to demo them to see which one you like.

| I had a Biolite Premier 140 and tried the DNA version and loved it. I can tell a big difference. It's seems to have more pop and is a lot easier to spin in the air. Of course everyone has different opinions so the best bet is to try it out for yourself. I would recommend either version of the Premier. Oh part of my decision was I got a smokin deal on the DNA. I wouldn't pay asking price for one. |

The DNA is better because it is lighter and is better for sliders _________________ MALIBU WAKESETTER |
