I need a set of center fins for my 02 byerly. I want to get the new aluminum Hyperlites, but I'm not sure whether to get the P-wings or the A-wings? Any suggestions? How do they ride different? Any recommendations on the size? Thanks.
p.s. does anyone have any they are wanting to get rid of? |

| p wings are looser and a-wings have better edge hold.(maybe its the other way around) basically one is an old ramp fin the other is a cleaver fin. they have a fin chart in the back of their catalogs that shows the performance of particular find do you might want to get one of those and also make sure they fit cuz hypes been going back and forth on how many screws should be in the fins. |

| I got the A-Wings by accident with my Byerly and then got the P-Wings sent to me so I've ridden both with the board. The A-Wings hold a stronger edge, aren't as loose, and don't release as well as the P-Wings. The P-Wings definitely suit the board much better and IMHO are way better, but I guess it depends on your riding style. I typically ride finless and only use the fins when the water is rough. If you want a set of A-Wings, I can sell you the ones I have if you want, just let me know. |

the older boards and some of the low end models used to have only one hole so you need special inserts and the original premier had four fin holes so it doesnt work on all boards. |

blkwidow_00,
CDI fins fit all Hyperlite boards, and all years. Where are you at and I can tell you where there is a shop close to you to check them out our you can look on the website www.cdifins.com. How many holes are in your board where the fins mounts? And how far apart are they? The Hyperlite fins they are selling now might fit your board. _________________ Skiing made me board,
