I used to like foam. til I forgot my skate and had to use my friends that had grip. I love grip now!

i heard grip tape didnt last long how long does it usually last?

liquidforce519, depends on if you keep your feet in the same place all the time...Also, its alot cheaper to replace, and fun, cuz you can make different designes with the grip, were as you call hyperlite(or whoever) and pay $60+shipping, for another foam pad...

I prefer foam, but I've never tried grip so... who knows

I like riding barefoot so I do like foam. But I love the feel of tape cause it brings all the skills and style from skating into play

i like foam. i think it reacts better with water. ive tried both.

Grip, Who cares if it wears out faster, you could replace your grip tape 3+ times depending what kind of tape you get , and it would still be less than foam.

isnt the only company that puts foam on there wakeskates hyperlite, has anyone made a hyperlite skate with foam?

I have a Cassette w/ foam. I just ordered a kampus w/ the rubberized griptape hybrid. Anyone tried that stuff?

Haven't tried grip but love having the freedom of bare feet, I'm not that good yet so I may change to tape as I progress
