| I did see them at the Portland boat show earlier this year. I had not heard of them before that but they were definetly represented well at that show. Not only did they have a booth, I saw numerous boats in the dealers booths with them on. The towers looked on par with anything I have seen. |

Samson Sports is the company you are talking about. They have a website at http://www.samsonsports.com
These actually started life as Phat Budde towers http://www.phatbudde.com and I don't know if Phat Budde sold them the design or partnered with them or it could even be the same guy, but nevertheless they are Phat Budde towers.
Phat Budde is huge down in Southern California, and the local Tige dealer, which also happens to be the highest volume Tige dealer in the world, uses them exclusively and not the factory Metcraft towers.
My personal experience with the tower on a Tige 20V is that the board racks kinda suck but otherwise the tower is pretty good. The board racks aren't very good because the bottom racks are too far apart, and the top racks are too close together. We have had boards fly out of the rack at 25 mph and almost take someone's head off. _________________ Ryan Delany

Correct on the website... Scott Parnell is the owner and they are made in Camas, You can put any racks on the tower... I havent experienced any problems. As for customer satisfaction, Ive seen the owner personally measure and install the towers himself... Very hard to find that in a business today. _________________ Live to fix so you can ride |

Rio from Boss Accessories (owner) put my freinds on his Malibu.
I think it's great that there are a bunch of tower makers out there, but I can't see anyone competing with Boss. _________________ beer |
