i was watching one of the cky's and i rember seeing bam do a 450 like over a hip kind of thing with out a grab, so if thats dooable i dont see why a 540 wouldnt be.

Guys do ungrabbed 7s in halfpipes and I've seen ungrabbed 5s over boxes.

Hmmm, I've seen ungrabbed sevens on a snowboard, but I personally haven't seen any on a skateboard.

i can come close to 7s on a wakeboard and there hard as hell on that so a 7 on a wakeskate might be kind of hard

i think when that movie astricks or whatever its called comes out there might be some new stuff. i didnt hear exactly what was on it but i heard it will be sweet, like big sliders and that kind of stuff.

_____, even so a wakeskate involves a handle pass, 2 infact for a bs 5 and 2 for a fs 7, and its harder not to grab on a wakeskate because of wind etc.

electricsnow, ollie 7's on a snowboard would be pretty easy wouldnt they? I mean no harder os easier then grabbed 7's?

Bindings are why so many people can get away with doing some ugly ass spins. Anyway, that comment was kind of a joke because I've never seen an ungrabbed seven on a skateboard and when you spin that fast with all of that centripital energy, I personally can't envision an ungrabbed vert seven working out. But if anyone knows of any footage, point me to it.

By the way, your wind variable comment is a very good point that many people don't consider when thinking about these sorts of things.

dumby wumby, you might want to ask the wakeboarders about that trick.

I've never seen an ungrabbed 7 either & you're gonna need to give me definitive proof before I'll believe it. There's tons of guys doing ollie 5's both vert & flat. 7's a whole 'nother ball game.

I don't think you could do either ungrabbed on a wakeskate 'cuz you're moving SO much more board. You'd hafta get TONS of air to do it without grabbing.

PS: That Bam footy is in Adio's One Step Beyond & it's actually a NOLLIE 540. As much as guys cap on him for being an MTV whore the dude can STILL skate sick!

I dont think bam is acually that great. I think the only reason he really hit the big time was cause of jackass. Dont get me wrong, he could kick my ass anyday, but I would rather watch rodney skate

Rodney is awesome at flat land and stuff but you gotta love the craziness of Ali Boulala or however you spell it. Oh and Wild boys maybe like Jackass with animals but its alot better they dont have the retard parts like the parts when you feel its time to go get a beer. its all shocks and funny the entire show.

Yea that was a little much I mean agreed sometimes they do go over the line but what about when they were in Belize and the Tapir thing attacked steve-o. Another over the top moment was Chris Pontius with that Kinkajui (Kink-A-Jew) that was really wierd. But what about the Termites and The Ant Eater that was funny!

If Bam's show is better, then I'd hate to see the other one. Viva la Bam or whatever it's called is horrible. Bam should make a skate video or something, at least I'd watch it then.
