I left my sacs in all winter long. When I finally emptied them, the covers were moldy. There was a little bit of water underneath them on the boat carpet. I had 4 sacs in, each 250 - 2 in the nose, one on each side of the engine.

I may be wrong but I think the only thing that might go wrong is a little evaporation...if the caps aren't on tight.

Any of you put a little bleach in the sacs to keep all bacteria dead?

heat shouldnt bother the sacks might amke them a little softer but it shouldnt damage them. However, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can dry out the plastic and cause it to crack and become brittle over time.

Make sure your lift is rated for that kind of weight, we broke the lift cable one day, when we hoisted a 205 up with over 2000 lbs in it. Thats a much bigger hassle than draining the sacs every time.

I left my letsgoride sacs filled and carried them on the trailer. I noticed one day i was getting a leak on one of my filler caps on one of the sacs. that sucked but i dont think it was because i left them filled. you should be okay leaving them filled but like wes said the sun will start to eventually mess them up. just like upholstery.
