hey guys, just a few questions if sumone could answer for me, i just got a new hyperlite skate, and because this is the first board ive eva had, is ther ne maintinance for the wakeskate? obviosly water and wood dont mix to well so should i just leave it to dry out or is ther ne thing else i should be doin with it to make it last?

and ive heard a few ppl say to do surface tricks take ur fins off? is it beta with fins or without to do shuvits and stuff?

Don't leave a woodboard to dry in the sun. After you get back to the dock, wipe it off and put in the shade to dry. Mine totally got twisted after leaving it in the boat all summer.

Don't leave it in the sun I left my wood skate in the sun all summer and it really got F'ed up..

I say take your fins off for shuvits

The fins, it's all preferance. If you like the loose feel go no fins, and vise-versa. But I would have to say it is easier with no fins.

well i went out today wakeskatin for the first time today, great fun but its hard ill giv u that, i now giv the pros a bit more credit then wat i gave them b4, lol i thought it would have been eaiser then it was. i decided to go with fins (which im glad i did cause i was struggling for grip as it was lol i was sliding out all over the place) and with a bit of luck i got up first go and landed a shuvit out in the flats 2nd go, so i finished off happy today lol Very Happy .....

until i notice a 30 centimetre delamination crack in my board grrrrr Mad
go hyperlite!.....thats the stuff
