2004 Hyperlite catalog

I just got a look at the new 2004 HL catalog. They have done a great job of explaining how the boards function at a technical level, not to mention the layout of the catalog itself and the different levels of equipment.
BTW, I'm in no way connected with HL. I do however enjoy knowing as much as possible about industry standards.

Has anyone seen any other manufacturers 2004 catalogs?

Earthboards? CWB?

i think the question should be have you seen any other companies catalogs. it seems like you are only interested in hyperlite. they are a good company but not the only one. i think there catalog is aight nothing spectacular but its kind of misledading as far as which boards are best.

The Headless Chicken, Good point, and one which I brought up. (Check my post) I am interested in Hyperlite since I am satisfied with the products they produce. but I'm also interested in other companies..Earthboards, CWB.

i havent seen the catalog, but am looking forward to the video that they are putting out with it (i saw the trailer it looked pretty cool). sorry to hijack the original post but has anybody seen it? headless chicken.... you suck.

ive seen the 04 double up and hl catalog. i usually just look for the pics of riders, the rest is usually info on the boards or some other propaganda. blah. there are usually some pretty sweet pics though...

CenturionDad, so you are interested in hl, cwb and...earthboards? not saying its bad, just saying its a weird combination of companies to like...

bizzuck, what video? are you talking about "Welcome"?? if so, that video is completely separate from the catalog. its their 04 team video, like all or nothing was their previous year's team video.

as far as catalogs, i think HL always has the best, as far as hyping up their product and making every board sound perfect for you. they always have really good layouts and pics too. theres good info on the boards, if you can see through the BS, there IS some good stuff in there, also there is alot of stuff in there that is misleading about the boards. for instance almost every description on the website says something about ex. a strong cut into the wake but loose when you want it to be. etc.

Scott A, I believe bizzuck ment Welcome but was refering to the catalog because all the pictures were shot at radar when they filmed Welcome. So actually, its not completely separate from the catalog. Wink

As for Scott, thats between you two. What Scott does is his business. He has called me out for crap in the past, and because I'm an adult I can handle it. You on the other hand seem to find it neccessary to defend other people against what Scott says......

i on the other hand find it necessary to call people out when they do the same things that they get onto others for. im not calling you rolling your eyes to my remarks as spamming thats perfectly fine, but when you go back and forth about something that is off topic in a specific thread (as the wakeboarder.com police do quite often) that is what i call spamming. im glad that you can handle when scott a calls you out... good for you princess Colorful
