how do u bend or attach pvc or can u have a little gap between each pipe if i want a downslop into the water from the main pipe

A little gap is fine, especially if you are only sliding it going in one direction. You could even file it down a bit to make it a bit smoother going from one pipe to another, but at the speed you're going it won't make a difference. You could also lower the pvc on the downsloap making about a 1 cm drop from the main pipes to the downslope pipes
