im not, but its probably like every other sponsership. it wouldn't hurt to have some good tricks, ride in their contests (gravel tour). Have a good personality, meaning: be positive, promote the sport in a good way, etc...
Something else you could try is helping out at their contests and buy their merchandise! support them, buy a sticker and put it on your board. buy one of their board bags. I'm sure Bill would love that. but remember sponsership isn't everything.
