I have a 99 pro air and have two amps under the passenger clamshell seat, one on each sidewall. You have to use shallow screws on the inside wall and I used a velcrow and screws on the outside wall, screws to the floor and velcrow to the wall. Check out this link.

I dont 'have any picture right now, but I got an '02 Super with two amps under the clamshell passenger side.. I've never heard/seen anyone with a Nautique that have put them anywhere else. My suggestion would be build an amp board so you can secure the amps to it then just L-bracket the amp board to the floor.

Here is a picture of my amp setup. Very similar to what Ken was describing.

The top is not really attached, but the amp and power board make an L shape and I screwed the two together from the other side. The power board is l-bracketed down in the back as well so they support each other. Plus it is angled toward toward the back at the top and as heavy as that thing is neither one of them are going anywhere.
