I am an experience wakeboarder. I am moving to Sacramento, and I want to ride with the best. Hopefully someone can provide some info on "whos the boss"

They all suck in California. No one there can possibly be as good as you.

There's not boss... Lots of good riders in the area you might check out the local comps or head to one of the many wakeboard stores when you arrive. I'm sure they could figure something out. It's a good size town and right now most of the riders are probably more interested in Tahoe than Folsom or the River.
Boarders Paradise- Rocklin
Ground Zero- Sacramento, Davis, Granite Bay
Surf & Skate- Sacramento
And some more.
