I used some epoxy repair kit for surf-boards and what not and it worked pretty well. I noticed it started to flake after a visit to owc again so I had to do it over again. It worked pretty good tho and was super easy. _________________ Good Times

Try JB Weld. It is the best epoxy I have found for these type of repairs. Get it inside the crack really well with a popsicle stick or something similar then use packing tape to pull the top and bottom of the board back together while the epoxy cures. _________________ Skiing made me board,

JB weld is a metal to metal epoxy- which contains metal in it. That being said, be careful how much you use, as it will be heavier on one side because of it.
On a side note, I'm finally replacing my cracked Double-Up board w/ a 2003 parks 143... I had a run-in w/ a bouy early this year and well... it wasnt purdy. I've tried patching it w/ fiberglass resin on the inside, and epoxy on the outside... but the resin expanded slightly and the structural integrity is crap... so I used more epoxy the second time-after much scraping and some foam removal. It's lasted me up till now, so I'm faced w/ the choice of getting a new board that actually fits me (I'm 5'8" 'bout 200lbs) or fixing this one yet again. Think I'll just fork out the dough and get a new one, but use my old one for dodging bouys and docks.
