The Dallas Boat Show was great! But the X-Star was a no show! Malibu boats looked great, Tige had a Dallas Cowboy Edition (Why!!!) it was so stupid, it had football stuff all over it? What is the connection there? Master Craft had a Pimped out X-Star with Disc brakes and 20"-21" Dubb's on it. And a ton of beautiful girls!! It was haven for me..Jet _________________ Andrew"Jet"Mitchell

"what is the connection here?"
seriously? do you ask this question straight faced?
hmmmm, let's see. boat show. Dallas. Cowboys. Cowboys fans. Cowboy's fans at boat show. boat that has cowboy's stuff on it. it's called marketing. i'm sure they're not mass producing the boat, they're getting on the same level as potential new customers. _________________ "Half of what I say is meaningless, but I say it just to reach you" |

| The cowboys are my favorite team, even though i dont watch football, but i would never buy a boat or a car that was a sports team special edition. Who is gonna want to buy your dallas cowboys boat when you want a new one? your stuck to a pretty limited group of buyers there. |

there is a dude that drives around Greenville Ave. here in Dallas that has a cowboys themed car. I think it's a Probe or a 3000GT, i can't remember. he's always at the Cuckoo's Nest when i'm in there shootin pool. _________________ "Half of what I say is meaningless, but I say it just to reach you" |

| Besides, I could be obsolete in a couple of years. Just think of the poor soul who bought the Houston Oilers boat a few years back!! |

| noneya Last year they had a drawing for that Tige, the one you are wondering about. I got lucky enough to get called to go try a key to try and start it (but no luck on that). It was an lease for a year for free, The Ticket and The Slalom Shop pick up most of the tab--ins. maintance, winterize, the year lease with op. to buy about 35-40 after the year was up, not sure on the final price. The only catch was you register the boat and trailer and they where going to be sending you a 1099 to file on your taxes not sure how much but not the total amount of the boat just the lease. Getting a V-Drive set up with every thing for a year, I would have put mine up save them hrs. LOL |

I bet if the owner of the Dallas Cowboys liked wakeboarding, he would buy it _________________ "Have you ever noticed that waffles are just pancakes with syrup traps?"

A teacher asks her students what kind of job their father has. The first little girl says: "My name is Mary and my daddy is a postman." The next little boy says: "I'm Andy and my Dad is a mechanic."
Then one little boy says: "My name is Johnny and my father is a striptease dancer in a cabaret for gay men." The teacher gasps and quickly changes the subject, but later in the school
yard the teacher approaches Johnny privately and asks if it was really true that his Dad dances nude in a gay bar.
He blushed and said, "I'm sorry but my dad plays football for the Cowboys and I was just too embarrassed to say so."
Come on guys......just a little joke..... |
