it was awesome....so much better than the cheap one we had....we started on the cheap one cuz we didnt know if anyone would like wakeboarding.... it turns out me and my brother love it..... i <3 my parks 143!!

hanssapo, it isn't the best board to start on. You can start on whatever board you want to, its just not a good idea.

my bros got the parks board and hes a beginner, its got way to much pop for him and too fast. i like it, a bit too much pop but lands good and is fast when you know how to use the edge.

this is a nice board dude, but might be little hard to begin with a 3 stages, but once you'll be solid on it, you'll love it for shizzle !

i have been riding for about a month....and could almost pull a wake to wake on the hydroslide...saw this board and bought it.....havnt rode behind the supra yet...will do on wednesday so i will see how it does on a big wake...it turns and cuts into the wake tight and fast....something the other board did not...it always felt like i would crawl into it...i LOVE IT!!!

psudy - It sucks for Grouch because his riding style is different than Parks'. The board works for the best wakeboarder in the world because it fits his style, that's why it's the PARKS Pro Model.

NO SH$%. The board works well for a lot of people, otherwise they wouldn't sell so many of them. MAYBE Grouch should have said that the board doesn't work for him. Instead of saying that it sucks.

parks board was the worst board i have ever ridden, but i have heard a lot of people say they love it. whatever works, but it didn't work for me.

I've ridden that board a few times and the 138 a time or two. For me, and my style, the board didn't do the trick....

same goes for his board some people might think its the best board in the world, but it might not work so well for othors....

i ride a parks 138 bio w/ parks boots. i didn't get them because parks rides them. i'm not one of the kids who goes and buys it because they think they'll look cool or because its one of the most expensive. i got it cause i like aggresive boards and i think the board looks sick. i can do inverts and spins, so i'm not a beginner either. parks is one of my favorite riders, but i didn't get it because he is "the best in the world." just letting you know that

The Headless Chicken said excatly why the Parks board sells. I have also rode the board and didn't like it. Could possibly be the worst board ever made for a newbie.
