| This may be a stupid question but I have been trying backrolls and I go in the air but never finish rotating. So I land on my back or side. Any help would be apprciated. thanks |

Keep the handle in close to your hips. It helps you spin faster. The farther you let it out the slower you will go. _________________ www.krookedminds.com

Where you look with your head is very key too, you HAVE to look over your lead shoulder as soon as you get inverted to help keep the rotation going, it will force you to get all the way around. If you look forward or look down, you will kill your rotation and will land on your side.
Also--- hold the handle with BOTH hands, resist the urge to let the handle out and dont let off until you are eating lake. |
