Hey Watarski, you don't have to tow your boat up there, just hop a plane and get over there. You don't have to worry about riding behind a boat, there will be plenty of them there and most people will be more than willing to give you a pull. I know I've been three years in a row, took my boat one of those years and had a lot more fun the two years I didn't have it. A boat is nice to have at an event like that, but a lot to take care of, and if you are like me, I didn't have anyone traveling with me to help with the boat. I was lucky that I met Peter Chandler up there and he helped me.
Also, we are planning another LSF Ladies boat, put on by WakeChicks. The time has not been set yet, so if you are interested please email me tiffany@glassandpowder.com to get a spot.

I missed the first LSF back in 98, but I've been to all the others. I always have a blast. I didn't bring my boat the first year, but I was always able to get a pull. Even when I brought my boat, I was able to get a pull behind a few other boats. Thanks to Steve and Stu from my Texarkana Malibu crew, the Martar brothers and their sweet VLX, and Bill Montanye with his pimpin' Launch. I think I had pulls behind another 7 or 8 boats, but I can't remember them all.
When we rode down there last Saturday, the water level was just right. It was a little too high last year, but hopefully everything will be better this year. _________________ fropappy |

Hopefully Jaosn and I will be makig the trip this year with the new boat! Who-Hoo! dont know that we will be able to aford to go tho becouse of the boat. who knows its still a few months away. I hopeing that a few of our friends will want to go (Shane! Chad! i know you guys are reading this) I really want to camp out this year but the lack of shower worries me. If i could get someone in a hotel to let me use there shower it would be all cool but i kinda dont see that happening (unless Dees is going) |
