2000 Moomba Mobius vs. 1996 Ski Centurion

I need some advise. I am currently in the market to buy a good wakeboard boat and I have run across two boats. One is a 2000 Moomba Mobius direct drive with no ballast system for $20,000 and the other is a 1996 Ski Centurion direct drive and tower for $16,500. Both are in great condition! However I really can't spend over $20,000 for a boat so I am limited on my selection. I do have two fat sacs to use in either boat too. What I am concerned about is the wake and the quality of the two boats? Can anyone give me any advice or information concerning the the wakes behind either of the two boats?

i ride behind a 04 moomba mobius ls which is direct drive. im in love with the boat. mine is equipped with ballast but not filled still has a awesome wake and gives good pop. if it were my choice, moomba all the way. moombas are great boats and i know people with used outback and mobius boats. they seem to have no problem with them and love them. moomba all the way. test it out. im sure ull love it!

my parents have a 95 or a 96 ski centurion falcon its nice puts out an ok to descent wake when wieghed down. But i would go with the moomba if it had a tower. And if the boat is a falcon and the lake you usually go to is rough sometimes, go with the moomba because my parents baot rides theworst in rough water.
