Watch out for this...too tight of a bend.
Kink in hose between manifold and center ballast pump.

Yeah, that happens in many different boats. You can go to the hardware store and get a larger diameter of hose that will fit around this house and cut about a foot long piece to help it keep its shape.

Nice idea. I'll probably add a couple 90deg elbows to solve, but only after dealership looks into center pump. I don't know if the kink starved the center ballast pump too much over a period of time, but the pump is on the frits. It sounds totally different than the 2 identical pumps for the rear ballast and doesn't like to turn on sometimes.

Get the right type of hosing for the situation with ribs in it. They have it at most hardware stores (Home Depot, Lowes, etc.). It's the clear hose with black rings in it (actually a spiral) to help prevent collapse of the hose in vacuum situations and tight radius bends.

Same ballast but different question...
Anyone ever have problems with center ballast sack filling up with air after trailering (mostly longer trips)? I think it's coming in through overflow vent hoses. Confusing thing is that I can't simply roll the bag up and force the air back out the vent hoses. Kinda frustrating and puzzling.

My center pump is dead. I took off the panal off to reroute the the lines to the two working pumps and I noticed the same thing. when they finally repair the pump, I will do the same thing with the 90 degree elbows.

Yes I have had the air in the bag on long trips...

(I use one pump to fill both back tanks, and the other for the center bag. it actually fills pretty quickly. So when they fix the center pump, I may leave it this way and use the center pump to fill some more ballast if/when I put it in.)

Found out why my center ballast pump isn't working too well...three consecutive vanes are missing!

I guess the picture had an error. Here's the impeller removed. 3 of six vanes missing. Remaining 3 are ripped a minimum of 1/3 through. No trace of missing vanes in system. Hopefully they ejected while emptying ballast system. Other 2 pump impellers looked good.
