wakeskating is fun for the same reasons wakeboarding is fun. no real pros or cons its just different. What does it have to do with fences.

if you like to wakeboard, but you don't like having your feet conected to the board, you will like wakeskating. They are both fun, but in their own ways. I suggest you try it before you buy one.

Unless you plan on riding finless or have an old pair of fins lying around to use on a home built wakeskate, building one usually ends up costing almost as much buying one.

its all preference. kinda like on a wakeboard. some people like no fins some people like big fins. no most of the the low end flat skates for most companies are about 100.

ride finless. and wakeskating is soo much fun cuz ur so free from the board. the falls dont hurt as much as wakeboarding, and u dont get as tired as quickly

young gun, yes that board is good. And unless you live in the mountains(of cali) your season is not almost over Twisted Evil If you can get a good wetsuit or drysuit, then your season never ends Very Happy Very Happy
