Anyone tried the "Canicker"

Hey everyone, Im pretty much a beginner because i have nothing to wakeboard off of other than my seadoo but my little sisters have canoes they dont use and it sounds like i could use them for a nice kicker. Not only do i not have a cool wakeboarding boat but i dont have money so it looks like if im going to make any kicker it be the "canicker". Anyone tried this? and if so how is it?

why dont you just make it a slider? (grind rail)

Me and my freinds made one.It worked pretty good but i like our kicker better.
