Alright continueing on ... to burn to a VCD do I use just a regular burner? and just convert the format to something VCD compatible? I've seen the videos on wakepics and they are not too bad, would it be made worse if I were to project it onto a large screen as opposed to the normal little comp. screen? i am a total beginner and this is all brand new stuff to me. I'm getting bummed thinking that the $150 on the the program is going to set me back from my goal of a new absolute 134 , i know school takes away riding time but damn that is overtly going the wrong direction. Note to self: Make Money. Okay then I'll wait for your responses good people. |

| To burn a VCD, just use a regular burner. If you use wakepics, it'll look something like this:(sorry about the size, but I have to to show the quality) |

are you trying to choose between making a VCD and a wakepics video that you will show to the class? if so go with the VCD. its the same thing sorta except you put it on cd instead of uploading it to wakepics. it can be better quality too cuz it can be better quality. if your gonna make it big so the class can see make it as best quality as possible.
your cd burner would be how you make a VCD. its kinda like makin a music cd. if your burner software cant make a VCD you need to get a new one if you wanna make a VCD
if you plan on showing a small video on a HUGE screen its gonna look crappy. i wouldnt do that. _________________ www.TheLiquidPlayground.com

Alright, now i don't have a burner. Are there cheap ones tha will work for me? Internal or external? See now this would work cuz I can buy the cheap Dazzle program and then burn it to a disc, all for less than the more expensive Dazzle. Now one more question, what DVD players will not play a VCD? Is there a coding process that the software should be able to convert it to? Hey this might work. |

if you dont have a burner your gonna have to get one if you wanna make a vcd. im guessing that a cheap one will be around $50-100. any dvd player should play a vcd. there is no fancy coding process that needs to be done as far as i know. _________________ www.TheLiquidPlayground.com

| Read the manual that came with the DVD player. Some are not compatible with burned CDs or VCDs, but most are. |
