Um...I dont get where you are saying that cheer isnt physically demanding...Shoot like Aubs said for warm up a mile 300 crunches 50 push up dips and so on, then stunting all the time. That takes a tole on your body. As for getting hurt, there are more ways than just being droped. I have broken my nose, blood everywhere form catching an elbow form a girl on here way down from a basket toss. We caught her so no one fell and everyone was paying attention. You really have to have a lot of trust in your bases! I have been droped from a full with no one sticking an arm out to catch me. So yea that hurt just a lil bit.

hell yeah split.
so at practice last night i took an elbow to my collarbone and i hurt it pretty bad last year (fracture) and i think that i rehurt that and my sternum is killing me!! its black and blue and swollen like crazy. it hurts to breathe. i came off the floor and practically passed out. we placed 5th out of complete luck. we dropped 3 stunts. THREE!!! but i am proud to say that my stunt group, the one that they called the most 'inexperienced and most likely to fall' group hit everything PERFECTLY!!! we missed 4th place by 1 point. yet there were 2 teams that were supossed to place 2nd, yet due to safety violations, they lost 25 points so they placed 7th and 8th. so yeah... wow |

i can't take computer or a foreign language or p.e at home so i have to go to a reg. school every other day for 2 years or else i can't graduate
