Anyone watching this game? It has been an awesome game! I hope it is a prelude of the 2004 season! It is hard to believe since Maryland stomped my Vols in last year's bowl game. Of course we stunk last year! _________________ My opinion is my opinion!

Man... i just read about it on espn.com and was surprissed. I really didn't think the terps would lose this early in the season. I always think they are overrated, but to take a blow by N. Il? I bet practice today is going to suck for them. Lots of drills and tons of tape to watch. _________________ "What do you mean you're done for the night...Insomnia doesn't even open until 4. | Shut it, JT! I'm green with envy. Well, I'm also sick as a dog. So, let's recap....I can't ride because of my knee, had to cancel a trip to visit a friend in Chicago because of a sinus infection....alright, that's enough whining. At least I have an excuse to stay in and do nothing but watch college football. Have a great weekend! |

Shawn/ Turk- Lindsay- everyone else: My predictions:
Auburn vs USC? - I hope that USC wins... thinking more Auburn
Washington vs tOSU?- I hate Ohio State, but I also hate Washington. I don't think washington can get over the coaching inncident so fast. OSU figured MC wouldn't be in the first couple of games and has preppared for it.
OK State vs Nebraska? OSU is being overhyped, NU is a tough team regardless f where they play. At home, I seriously doubt NU will loose. I think they will be ranked after this weekend.
Clemson vs Georgia- GA, Just think they have a better team overall. _________________ "What do you mean you're done for the night...Insomnia doesn't even open until 4. Get your $*** together Billy, cause the night ain't over!"

Shawn Madison,
Did you see that hit in the san jose state game? I saw it on sportscenter. I thought the guy was dead. |

B-rad & Shawn, my thoughts exactly. Would like to see SC win, but it won't happen. Hate UW, they are too one-dimensional, tOSU will shut them down. NU will win at home. Clemson/UGA...not as sure about this one, wouldn't be surprised if there was an upset since the game is in Death Valley.
Vance, I'm not sure which hit you were talking about, but there was a nasty one on Sportscenter this morning. Oregon State punt returner signaled fair catch and was blasted by a Sac State player (who got ejected from the game for the hit). He was OK but it looked bad. |

B-rad, I just got off the lake - been on the Perd the last 2 days...got 4 pulls yesterday, 2 today. I love that place! No wallies till about 4 pm today. Had the most ridiculous butter set last night just as the sun went down - glass as far as the eye could see an not a nother boat in sight. Out with Brian (black and yelow Nautique you went out wite me on) and some other friends. Sticking the backroll now pretty consistent, hitting about every third tantrum and just tried a TS backroll toady - almost have it, but I have a jacked up shoulder so I can't keep the handle in real well.
Maryland was OVERRATED!! Love to shake up the polls early!! Same thing will happen after the USC-Auburn game....USC up 10-0 right now. I can say I would have predicted a USC win, but that isn't real tough right now, is it?
Nebraska beats OKState...damn, bet Rocko and Earl are happy kids right now - I thought OSU would take that. UN needed that win...well, Solich needed that win.
I think OSU takes Washinton at home. UW has the new coach and OSU is the defending champ..but it's close. If UW pulls it off, Cody Pickett and Reggie Williams go off - I think Chris Gamble takes care of Williams though.
Damn - UGA ROLLED Clemson!! Didn't expect a shutout like that...Clemson has got to recruit better...they just can't hang with the big dogs year in, year out.
Look for Tennessee to be a suprise this year - my dark horse for an SEC championship and possible Sugar Bowl team. I hate Fat Phil, but he is a damn good coach and they seem to bust out every couple of years. |

Dlady, I'm sick, I wish I was out getting hammered Trying to get healthy before surgery so laying low and doing lots of channel flipping at home and got the ESPN ticker up on my laptop.
Me thinks Auburn was a tad overrated! Who said the Pac-10 doesn't play defense? (Oh yeah, me )
OSU has UW's number so far...me likey.
CU/CSU game is a good one. WSU takes the field in T minus 1 hr 23 minutes! |

Thanks Lindsay I am actually bummed camper at the moment. I jacked my arm up pretty good so no riding for a week or so...but I am pretty pumped about the progress this last couple of weeks.
About to head to the UT-New Mexico State game. I want to see a 49-0 game and have Vincent Young throw a TD and run for one. Hope it doesn't rain - and it is looking more and more like it will |

Man, that UT game was a lot more than to be expected. Vincent young is the man, the guy can scramble and <gasp> is reminecent of a certain mr. vick.... Chance did about what I expected, Roy williams is still the man to beat. I wasn't too impressed with Cedrick's opening game. I think that Derreck Johnson is going to be one of the premeir backs in the country, Selvin Young and Huff also looked great out there. _________________ "What do you mean you're done for the night...Insomnia doesn't even open until 4.
