school project

Hi Everyone....

I am doing a project for my e-business seminar course at school and require some info. Was wondering if anyone could help me out. Mica Sport is a manufacturer of wetsuits, and watersports equipment. They also distribute, double up, scott usa, colbian etc in canada. My group has decided to redefine their e-business strategy and have to do an industry analysis.

Basically what i need is some objective information on the industry as a whole in particular (this is what i cant find) info on distribution....ie. who is doing it?, product lines? strategies, revenues, market penetration, anything at all would be usefull.

i know that the bigger compaines have reps for the bigger markets like texas, california, and florida to name a few. pretty much they do demos, try to get their product into shops, etc. hope that helps.
