Whats this called...

I learned this today, its a type of acid drop, but no one knew what it was called, if its called anything specific. What I did was hold my board upright, on the nose, ran, jumped, and in the air, while holding it at the nose turned it (sort of swung it around) and flatened out. The nose where I was holding it ended up being the back of the board when i was riding. Is there a specific name for this? I'll try to get a video of it, its hard to explain

ya, it is kind of like whipping the board around...i have another quetion then, the end that i am holding as i do the trick ends up being the tail in the water, so would it be considered holding the nose or tail, before the trick? because before the trick, not in the water, techniquly its either nose or tail, right?....ill try and get a video of it one day when i can do it with out a line at the cable to wait in

I dont know about that, I would say it was the nose. Also a tailwhip is a 360 so it is a half tailwhip acid drop

i do that sometimes.. i just call it a shuvit acid drop.. another one you can try is like when you go and jump on a skateboard.. like running and jump on... grab the board at the nose between the fins and drag it as your getting pulled and throw it under your feet as you come down.

funnyfeni, thats what i am doing, i am running and jumping on the board, hence the reason i said acid drop? you didnt make sense, you just told me to try, what i am doing already, what i am asking if there is a name too

i thought you were make the board do a 180. right? not the dragging the board and then jumping on it. get some video and i will get some video of mine and then that will help. or just go to owc sometime and i will probaly be there

yeah.. i do do a 180 start.. i was going to put that in the video but it was sloppy. i didnt ride there this weekend i was but saved my money. i was there on saturday morning for alittle bit. i think i saw you. i was wearing a nintendo hat. i was going to go today but went behind my friends.
