|

Anyways, anyone have any tips or things to think about that helped them when they did it? Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks. |

try putting a little more weight on the back foot.
it should be abot 80% on back, 20% on front _________________ The consciousness of self is the greatest hindrance to the proper execution of all physical action.

oh, also when you initiate the rotation, think of tucking your lead ear into your lead shoulder.
you're probably going off-axis a little because you're throwing it a little differently. I have a friend who does them this way, and they look cool and all, but that's just not how they are supposed to be done... _________________ The consciousness of self is the greatest hindrance to the proper execution of all physical action.

Think of throwing it more towards the boat.
So load the tail real strong of the TOP of the wake, place ear to front shoulder, keep handle in nice and tight like Nathan said and throw it more towards the boat as apposed to across the wake.
You don't want to be coming in 90 degrees for this trick, it is a progressive edge trick, the board should never square up to the boat. i.e like a Tantrum. _________________ PEACE

| One more pointer to add: For a front flip you want to edge through the wake. On a tantrum, you should be backing off your edge at the wake. If you make sure you edge all the way through the wake, that should help too. |
