Anyone got any advice on how to grab a HS Backroll. Everytime I grab with my back hand (indy, tail, etc...) I go to blind by accident and have some nice crashes. Everytime I grab with my front hand (nose, slob, etc...) I go to revert. WTF? I don't want to go to blind or to revert. BTW, I can grab Crows, tantrums and TS Backrolls. Anyone got any advice on how to grab the most basic invert of them all?
Thanks |

| It's all about handle position. Sounds like with any grab you're doing, you just need to keep the handle in front of your body more, maybe even tug it across a bit to straighten you back out. Or just stomp the roll to blind and roll to revert! |

I've got the Roll 2 Revert down(not with a grab) and I have hit a roll to blind a couple times (yes, intentionally), but I have a bit of a brain fart on grabbing my backroll.
I think you are right on the handle position thing and I've been trying to get it right. Guess I just haven't found it yet. My answer may be as simple as practice, practice, practice. Thanks for the advice though.
What have you all found to be the easiest grab on a straight up backroll?
