I am trying to find out what a really good price would be for a moomba with rear bertha ballast system, water strainer, Rad-a-cage, Mako racks, 4 blade prop, mooring cover, AM/FM CD/MP3 Player with 6 speaker system, standard 310hp Indmar, and custom trailer with brakes. I have found a couple online for around 27k, but that seems to be an average deal at best. Anyone know what price to aim for and snag it when you can find it. I will travel and shop around to hit the right price. I was thinking maybe 22k-23k.

22-23 sounds a little low to me, I would think 25-26 is about right

That boat would sell for around $27k, maybe $26k if you find a good deal. I'm a dealer by the way.

Sounds like my boat except I've got EFI and no ballast, paid about 27K before the state of California took their pound of flesh. The '03 hull is sweet!
