Hey. I got your PM last night, and thought I'd reply here instead. I'm actually looking into pylons and I think that I'm going Big Air. I've ridden behind one on a Nautique and it was fine. Having the rope high makes all the difference in the world. Anyway. All I can tell you is that Big Air is a good name in pylons, and the one I rode behind worked great. Air Boom is another one that is good. See what your local shop can get. Most wakeboard /skate shops can get them in. Good luck.

You could try to make one of your own if the money is a problem. It probably won't look at good as a big air or air boom, but you can do it all for around 80$.

andrew, what about one that the marina sells? Seems to me that people on the lake have had no problems with it. Dont rember the brand though, also you can get them in 2 piece version, which would be ideal for shore station.

Hey, haven't posted here before but i was wondering if anyone here could help me...i'm looking to make my own wakeboard pylon and was wondering if anyone has any relatively easy instructions on how to go about doing this. Right now the boat I primarily use only has the clips on the bottom so the air time isn't too great...if anyone can help me out i'd really appreciate it.
