Can someone give me some pointers on Wakesurfing? I just got the board, and need tips on how to set the boat up (weight, speed, etc.) and stance on the board (Like do I need to position my weight a cetain way).

Well to set your boat up you want to put all the weight you can in one back corner of the boat. And try to get everyone to sit near that corner. This makes the wake on that side of the boat much bigger and cleaner and the other side gets all washed out. But i can't help you on stance. _________________ www.krookedminds.com

If you have tanks or sacs fill them up. Then get everyone to sit in the corner of the boat. If you are regular then you will want everyone to sit on the drivers side, goffy then the other side. Around 10 mph seems to be the best but it all depends on your wake. Start with a rope and once you get up you can just toss it in the boat. Good Luck _________________ keep it real |

I have not really tried it ( I did last year on an old wakeboard, but it did not work out). You can bring it along if you would like.
I will actually be up there on thursday night this week, so we can grab ahold of the butter on Friday morning. _________________ If you do not like your job, you don't strike....You just go in there everyday and do it really half a$$ed.....Now that's the American way - Homer Simpson. |
