Is there a way to get better drainage through your shoes so they don't feel so heavy when you are riding (yes, I know I could just not wear any shoes at all and that would solve the problem.... but no)?

does it matter what size holes, or where they are? and should you also drill through the sole padding thing too, or just the rubber sole?

I drilled holes in mine. Maybe I need a lot more or something because I didn't notice any real difference.

if you buy shoes made for wakeskating, they have a mesh siding. They dry really quick and they don't smell if you leave them out. I have a pair and they don't feel heavy when I ride. The best thing is, I can ride in the delta and my shoes don't reak of it afterwards.

llenta, right on! I have the Byerly's and I haven't noticed the weight of the shoe while I'm riding. I'm just trying to have fun.

I have a very simple way to solve your problems. I go to walmart and I buy this one pair of $10 shoes and since they are cheap that cant hold water and they are actually really easy to ride with. I can shuvit with them and hit the white kicker at TSr with them on. They grip really well also.
