there isn't any lake police on our lake, but the police have come to our lake a couple times. during the summer some guys were drinking and smoking a lot of weed, and someone sent in a complaint and htey came to my camp. o ya the drunken druggies had a boat chase w/ some ppl from my camp and they would have caught us if they hadn't been so drunk.

We got pulled-over about 5-6 years ago, when we were new to boating. The deputy told us we were using our ski flag improperly. He told us the correct way, then left us. We learned from the experience.

Frankly, there have been times when I have seen people do really dangerous, illegal and stupid things at local lakes. On those dates, I wished there had been more patrol boats.

Yeah, I never understood why the cops on the lake have an attitude. I would imagine that thats about the best job a policeman could aquire. Spending time crusing the lake all day... sounds soo nice. If only they were in better moods...
