You don't have a cigarette lighter/accessories outlet on your boat?? If not you can probably pick one up pretty cheap and install it yourself. The pumps that most companies sell to fill fat sacks run on 12V DC. _________________ How do you apologize to a friend for something like that? Flowers would not be enough. |

there isn't a cig lighter? Hmmm, i guess the only other option would be to get a converter and then fill them up on the launch with an extention cord if you have one. Otherwise, you're prolly screwed. _________________ Alaska: Where the men are men and the women are men. |

It's extremely easy to just install a cigarette port (or whatever they are called w/o the actual cigarette lighter). You can get the port, and wire for about $7.00, and just hook that up by putting it where ever you want. I put three in my boat, it took about half an hour, and was well worth it. _________________ Neuston Boards

I got mine at a marine store for five bucks, I would guess that you can get them at Radioshack too, they got everything that no one else does. _________________ Neuston Boards

| i've seen people who just splice off the ends of the power cords to the pump and then touch them straight to the battery posts. kinda a pain but hey, it worked |

| My friends cig lighter melted down cause we were using the rule 2000 pump. We took a extension cord and cut the end off it. Take the wires and strip them back then wire one end to the pump and get ring terminals to connect to the battery. Then all you have to do is plug the things together and magic you have power. It works really well and won't give you any problems. |

i used to use a bilge pump that had two bare wires that i just touched to the battery, it worked but it was kinda a pain. so i finally just put a cig lighter in the boat and now i don't have to get at the battery anymore definitely worth it. _________________ I once saw a fork lift pick up a pallet of forks, it was way too literal for me. |

or depending on which truck i have i sometimes fill them at home with the hose. it is much quicker. but when i have the toyota i don't do that as the extra 600 #'s damn near kills my truck. _________________ I once saw a fork lift pick up a pallet of forks, it was way too literal for me. |

| If you go to costco, you can buy one of those battery jumpstarters with power ports in them. We have on and it comes with jumper cables, 2 power ports, and an air compressor. It's around 50 bucks, but well worth the money. If your battery every dies, its a lot easier to have one of those than try and jump from another boat. |
