Just got off the lake today and just can't get the backroll landed i think i get enough rotation but when i come in for the landing my board is just slammin flat on the water and it slides out forward all the time. is it possible to be holdin the rope too close and pullin myself out from under the board?? i been gettin tantrums pretty consistent now but just can't seem to get this one down. don't feel like i'm ever able to spot the landing and then BAM my board lands flat on the water and so hard it puts my feet up into the front of my bindings. thanks in advance! |

| HMMMM are you over rotating? You can let out on the rope to stop or almost stop your rotation. |

| listen2cky, Sounds like you are letting out on the rope when you are getting to the wake which will cause slack. Keep the rope in close to your stomache if that is the case. Hope that helps. |
