ok i have two questions, Can someone explan to me the direction someone rotates when doing a, TS front and back roll, HS front and back roll

also i can do what i think is a healside front roll and a toeside back roll and land them both but when doing them i'm letting go of the rope 90% of the time and i don't know why, can someone give me a tip on how to avoid this

Sorry, but there is no such thing as a h/s front roll. there's a front flip and a mexican roll. the mexican roll is a really ugly way to do a h/s backroll. It looks like a front roll but it's really a backroll with a slight backside turn hucked in with it.
