Ok so recently I have been on the lake like every day for about 3hrs. The only prob. is I have to stop boarding after every 15 min. because my right front foot is killing me. It feels like I have borken a bone, but after waiting out of the water for a few min. it goes away. Has anyone else experienced this?
Please help. I have never had a problem like this before and I would like to be able towakeboard for more than 15 minutes on end.
to answer one of the obvious questions: yes my bindings are the right size. |

| Are your bindings broken in yet?? That is a common problem and will eventually not hurt when you ride once they are broken in |

How are your bindings set up? It they are ducked wrong and you are twisting against it, that could be it too. _________________ Calabria Boats Rule! |

| Do you only experience the pain while boarding? If you were to run for 15 minutes would you have the same pain? Try wakeskating for 15 min. If it doesn't hurt it would seem to indicate something with the bindings. You may have some kind of calcium deposit in the joint of your foot. Try some ibuprophen (advil) before you go out. |

My bindings are flex sucs, they are lace ups, but I have tried not tightening them up as much. I think they are broken in. And no I ride with most of my weight on the other foot. They are angled out about as much as possible, and I have tried changing the angle all to no avail. _________________ Why hate someone for the color of their skin, when you can take the time to really get to know them, and find so much more to hate them for. |

You might actualy have a break. Could be a very small fracture that you aggrivate while boarding. If nothing is making it feel better try taking a week off, or go see the dreaded Dr. _________________ I'm back! after 5 years |

I have '02 highbacks. There was a small piece of overlap material actually rubbing against a spot on my foot. I used a tennis ball to hold the piece out while I wasn't riding. Worked good. Good Luck. _________________ Wakeboarding is like drinking;

I have done many other sports like rollerblading and soccer etc... But the pain is only when I wakeboard. I am gonna check for something that may be hidden and rubbing on my foot. _________________ Why hate someone for the color of their skin, when you can take the time to really get to know them, and find so much more to hate them for. |
