If you think you can, do it. If you don't think you can, don't. _________________

If you have to ask, you're not ready. I don't mean that in a smart ass kind of way. You'll know when you're ready. Also, your riding partners should know when to push you to what level.
At this point though, from what you described, I'd recommend getting your 180s, every which way you can. HS FS 180s, TS FS 180s, half cabs, etc. Get those down. Do some grabs. To me (remember, I said "to me"), it's more stylie goin' wake2wake w/ a grab, than it is to just do a big jump out into the flats.
If in fact you do feel you're ready, the easiest invert to learn is a HS backroll. I landed it on my 6th try, the 1st day I tried 'em. If you've got your progressive cut down, this trick almost does itself. If you've got your progressive cut down, you can cut out 5' from the wake and still be able to take this trick wake2wake, or even land outside of the 2nd wake.
I can't stress enough the importance of making sure you have your fundamentals down. It will make learning new tricks a lot easier. Otherwise, you're going to beat yourself up learning and re-learning tricks. _________________ my demo reel
