I just started waking yesterday and I got up 2 out of 9 times....the thing I wanna know is how do you tell if your goofy footed or not? I think I'm not goofy footed because I skateboard and I'm not but when I got up yesterday my front foot seemed to wanna take over...but when I got up I started going to the right of the boat...I did a really stupid thing and tryed doing a revert (I think that's what it's called....when you turn the board to get the other side going forward....ahhh I don't know...) and wiped out....So could someone help me? I don't really wanna get good at face plants cuz I can tell you they hurt like a mother. But if someone could help me plz do....could I also get some tips on how to keep controll?? _________________ Why Walk When You Can Wake?
theres no real way to tell by looking at someone or anything. its just whatever feels comfortable for you. usually its whatever foot you put forward on a skateboard or whatever but this isnt always true. so just try going goofy then try regular and see whats better.
Well goofy didn't feel right so next time i'm out i'm going to try regular and i'll probably do a couple more face plants <---i'll be looking like him for a while oh and i was also wondering if i need a tower or a pylon or something or if i need fins.....lol i need a lot of help other wise.... so if you can help plz do! _________________ Why Walk When You Can Wake?
Well What Are The Ups Or Downs Of Having A Tower/Pylon?? Because I'm kinda short money cuz i just bought new bindings fins and a rope cuz my friend just gave me the board. It's A O'Brien Eviltwin with 2/3 of the graphics off of it so he just got a new one and was going to throw it away so I told him I'd take it. Plus does it matter if I had my back bindings at 0 deg. and my front bindings at 20 deg?? cuz my new bindings don't have a 15 deg. so does that matter?
