| This may sound stupid, but: I can do HS Backrolls, Roll 2 Reverts, HS FS 3's, TS FS 3's and 5's, Tantrums, Raleys, Scarecrows, Front Rolls, HS BS 180's, and a few others, but I have never even tried a TS Backroll. Just never crossed my mind. I decided today, "Hey I should learn a TS Backroll tonight". I just want some quick tips on how to throw one. I know to use a prosgressive edge, wait for the pop, yada yada (check the crudentials). But some quick tips would be nice, like sniffing your lead armpit on a Scarecrow. That sort of thing. Anyone got any advice? |

| with the toeside backroll make sure you get the handle close to your lead hip and hold on with both hands for most of the rotation. if you let the handle out to much I find it can spin you or pull you out of your trick. and when you leave the wake go up then back. good luck |

Of all the inverts, I think the ts backroll is the most frequently case-the-wake move. As in I've seen (and learned it that way myself) many people throw it early, go one wake on it and rotate really fast, case the wake, but still land it.
So on this one, really make sure you wait. It's also the easiest invert to grab for me. |
