When i leave the wake i get thrown way off balnce when im in the air and when i land my board is way in front of me and i useally have a pretty hard butt slide. I was just wandering what i need to do before i leave the wake and when im in the air so i can have control and keep the board under me.

when your edging toward the wake let off right before hitting it so the board hits the wake flat. this should keep you on balence

I ahve to disagree with wakeboarder on this one, don't flatten out all that does is let off the rope tension and send u off balance, do u wonder why thats what you do to flip on a tantrum. What you want to do is pull the rope in tight to the hips and keep edgin through the wake. just keep ur arms tight to ur body

Hey speed waker 25 -

Another thing that may help is to ensure you are looking at the horizon - or rather, not looking down at the water. I was getting thrown off-balance all weekend until I tried looking out at the shore, it seemed to make all the difference in the world.

I'm not a terribly exerienced rider, though, so it could have been just confidence... Embarassed
