this is gonna sound funny but you need to wait longer on your 180. if you can do a frontroll first you will land a scarecrow the second time you try one. they are very easy. i really suggest learning a front roll first. your scarecrow will look better you wont have problems with doing a normal front roll and it will be a lot easier to progress into a crow mobe.
if you can do a front roll, i would try it on a trampoline first. go up and initiat a normal front roll. when you are already on your way down and about to open up like a normal front roll, dont just pull the handle hard to your back hip and let go with your front hand.
after that its just timing and practice of when and how hard to pull the handle. it wont take long at all if you can do a normal front roll. good luck _________________ i know less than half of you less than half as i should like,

ok i was trying frontrolls instead today, but i couldnt complete the rotation. i kept landing on my heels and sliding out. im not sure whether i need more air or to rotate faster. _________________ Yabba Dabba Dizzle |

for a frontroll, you cut in toeside and then, once in the air, you go with your head towards your feet?
