Here is a small video of the wake with factory ballast and no additional weight. The stereo system will add around 1000# to the center of the boat when finished.

did you mean 100 pounds, you would have to use all lead wiring and speaker enclosures to add 1000 pounds of stereo to a boat

spyplane, no he ment 1000 pounds!!! He is a freak of nature when it comes to stereo's equiment!! I heard he woke up the whole town of Patero's when he turned on the system...hahaha

The wake looks like it needs another 1k of ballast. There's not much shape and looks rampy. Most boats will wash out on one side when the rider is on the opposite side of the boat but it almost look's like what a wake look's like when in salt water. There was alot of white wash coming from the boat...that wasnt salt water was it???

Phaeton, is that your new boat? When will we get to see the pics of all the new stuff you have going on out there.

I think the wake looks pretty good considering it is ONLY the factory ballast. It is only 900 pounds...still have plenty of room for sacks.

Phaeton...I moved my plate up on the CalAir and it is actually not to far from being adjusted all the way up. That sound about right to you?

hlboatsnboards, The only problem with moving the plate to far up is the boat will start to porpus at higher speeds.

Mike was jumping fairly far at 80 feet back.

I can't watch the video, it says source filter could not load, most wakepics videos say that now. Anyone know the reason behind that.

I would expect the wake not to be at its best, hell its only factory ballast. Ever ride on other boats with just facotry ballast...not nearly as big as fully weighted.
