Anybody know anything about Gatorboards? They any good?

I have a Pickett 136 that I like a lot. The quality of the board is first rate. No complaints.

What would you like to know? They are top notch in make and desgin. I think the graphics are great as well. The Ricky G is an amazing board and and has a huge amount of pop for not being 3 stage. Most of the boards have a combination molded in fins, cupped rails, or 3 fin set up for a great way to try out different styles. I think the only drawback is the avalibility of them to the mases. I know California Correct Craft carries them. There might be some other shops in Cali that do as well. You could go to gatorboards.com and email Brian Allred and he''l let you know who to call if you are interested in demoing them.

Gator gets another company to press their boards.

As in, they don't have their own factory, they pay a certain wakeboard company to use their manufacturing equipment to make Gator Boards for them.

just because a company presses boards for them doesn't mean that they are not designed by them. they could have they're own molds but need a company to press them.
