Does anyone go to that section?

getting a new board this year. It's time to retire the 2006 Absolute Platinum board...

Thinking about doing the 2013 Ronix William board 140cm Anyone ridden this board? I've only ever had a 3 stage rocker board. The research I've done on the board basically is saying this is the new technology and the direction new boards are going. Same amout of pop but more consistant? Anyways, has anyone ridden this board?

Now how in the hell else is he going to do some of those flippy spinny things if his board doesn't have enough pop?

hahaha

yep I am old that's why I need all the help I can get... I need the board to do all the work. I've learned along time ago, technology can be your friend, ie golf... I'm hoping the board does the same thing.

I'd like to demo, but i figure can save 400 bucks at least if I buy the 2013 board and bindings... we don't usually have any last year items in our neck of the woods.

Gen Wakeboarding? Never heard of it.

The day I went from 3stage to continuous rocker was a joyful day.

How often do you ride? Don't a board cost like 350 now? If I used that for the next 5 years, it would cost me like 40 bucks every time I rode it. lol

Ej. Thats what i've been riding the past 8 years. Great board. The Watson bindings i have on the board wont last another season though. Ronix seems to be making the most comfortable binding these days and they don't fit the old school bolt pattern on our board.

Party, I ride 2-3 times per week in the summer starting mid May going to October. My average cost is quite a bit less... The new William is 650 for the board and around 500 for the bindings. I can get the set up at evo for 600 ish? I'm ok with last years stuff...

From the sounds of it this set up should be similar to what i have. Soft landings and good pop.

You might check out http://www.perfski.com/ as well. They're running a big closeout sale now on last years gear.

My Gator Gonzales has an inch of dust on it.

Every time I look at my board in the board rack, I think of Matt Legge. He made the rack for me. Sad

Party When I head to Florida next May I might have to hit you up for a day of fishing. I've really never been before.

Our summer is so short you need to take advantage or you miss it. Kiteboarding gets me a bit of a fix over the winter on some of our vacations but nothing beats a day on the lake.

Leggester made a board rack for me too. I've never gotten around to putting it together. It's still in the original bubble wrap and one of the boards has artwork done by the love of his life - his daughter. Crying or Very sad

not really a burn, i swear. i'm 41 and barely ride because it just beats my body to hell - i can't handle not using my left arm for a month because i held on to the handle as i was going down and got my shoulder jerked out...again. Embarassed

if you're 40+ and still throwing down, more power to ya. i'm jealous.

The Watson is a great hybrid type board. I'm a bigger guy and ride the 142. still a quick board, but really forgiving.
