So our accounting department changed policy to only carry over 1/2 our allowable vacation bank into next year vs. previously being able to roll over 1X bank. This means today is my last day for 2013. Wish I were going on vacation somewhere cool, but I think I'll just be hanging around close to home. Anyone else burning days at the EOY?

Yea, I am a pretty swamped too at the moment, but it should quiet down by middle of next week as everyone in the earl field offices takes off time.

I'm taking from the 23rd through the 1st....which is my norm.
Not burning days, we can carry over 40 days and I have 31....will accrue 1 day between now and then, but burn 5.... |

| With Christmas and NY being on a Wednesday, I decided a hunting trip, skiing trip and a bowl game trip were worth taking "off" from the 20th to the 6th...Subject to taking calls and handling emails. Should be a lot of fun. |

My last day isn't until the 27th, but I'm off to Hawaii the 28th! Really excited to spend a half day on a plane with my two year old

i will be working through with maybe one or two days off (other than weekends and the holidays). I've taken a lot of days off this year already.

Will be off Dec 21st through Jan 5 and only using 3 days of vacation. Heading to Florida for 9 days right after Christmas!

I would love to shut the shop down for a week or two, but we're understaffed, behind, and busier than ever so a day and a half each week will be tops this year.

I'll be in Carnelian Bay until the 5th. Jackie Greene is playing NYE at Crystal Bay and have tickets for that. Hit me up. Also, let me know where you'll be snowboarding, assuming there is coverage for that. Right now it's not looking good.
