Biggest surprise so far. How friendly the people are in south county.
I mean, the random kindness from everyone is mind blowing.
Seriously, I just can't believe how nice everyone has been.

I think Grouch is still in the Anaheim Hills/Yorba Linda area. We were connected on FB, but I think he's gone off the grid again. |

What is with that place Javier's? Seems like everyplace is reservations only? We figured that out pretty quickly.
I would definitely like to meet Grouch. Since I was accused of being him for nearly 6 months.

| Javier's is great, especially for people watching. They don't take reservations for just 2 people. Your best bet is to get there early and snag a seat in the bar, you can eat there. Always safe to get reservations, everywhere! Corona Del Mar has some good spots along PCH, that are not quite as crazy. The Summer House, Crow Bar Kitchen, DivBar. |
