Hey just rode my new Ronix One Modello for the first time. Love it! The only thing I want to change are the fins. Right now they have the factory 1" Ramp fins on it, but I want my board to be looser on the water (but not too loose as it is without any fins).

Here is what I'm looking at:

- 0.8 inch Ronix Utility
- 0.875 inch Ronix Skate

Which one would be the best for normal riding (no parks or sliders)??? I'm just wanting a looser feel but some traction on the water while edging. What's the difference between "Utility" and "Skate"?

Thanks!

I just ordered the 2012 One Modello. It should be here this week. I do not have any insight as to which fins to get, but I may purchase these later this spring/summer if I want smaller fins.

So lets add those to my list!

What's the difference between: utility, skate, and slider?

I looked on the Ronix website last night. I am going to take a guess here, someone correct me if I'm wrong, and say the skate fins are for wakeskates. The utility fin is for all around riding and the slider fin is more geared toward rails and sliders. They also have the .8" ramp fins on the Ronix website.

Thanks! I'm pretty sure they can all be used on a wakeboard, I'm really just looking to be more free/loose on the water.

I found it fairly difficult to break my fins loose for both front and heal side board slides.
