Im heading out to the lake tomorrow and I just bought a wakeskate, Im an ok wakeboarder but just wanted to try something that i wasnt strapped into. So i bought one used. The problem is it has 4 small holes in it that i dont know what they are there for. It looks like your feet would go over them but im not sure if they have a purpose or if i should plug them, heres some pictures and yes the holes do go through the entire board

Do they go all the way through the board? Can you take a picture of the bottom of the board? They may be for removable fins. It looks to be an odd place on the board, but that is what it looks like to me. You should be fine leaving them open. It would be like riding a wakeboard finless. There are open holes where the fins would be.

Yeah that's where fins go. It's completely fine to ride with the holes.

Those holes are for the Hyperlite/Byerly lock-in device. It's a fin system that allows for nose/tailslides that are more like a skateboard. It's fine to leave them open and they won't affect the ride if you don't have the fin in.

Here's an example.
